The boys continue to be intrigued by their Perplexus balls. Bentley has achieved all 100 steps/levels of the Perplexus ball, but he enjoys honing his skills. Jake continues to work on mastering the Perplexus Rookie ball. He's very entertaining to watch when he plays with his ball because he grunts while he works the ball and he shrieks in frustration when the ball falls off the track. He sounds angry, but he keeps going back to try again, so we think he really enjoys playing with the ball despite his audio track. Viva has shown little (no?) interest in either ball.
There is yet another level of Perplexus, Perplexus Epic. It has 125 steps/levels to complete. I'm not sure if it would be cruel or kind to buy one for Bentley. It's nice to savor victory before moving on to a new challenge.
