Evan smiles all the time. He smiles in the morning. He smiles in the afternoon. He smiles in the evening. He smiles right after screaming, as soon as you pick him up. He smiles when you talk to him, sit next to him, play with him... he even smiles at his toys once in a while! When he's not angry (which does happen on occasion...) he is a very happy baby!
