Oh Christmas Tree!

Oh Christmas tree, oh Christmas tree, how lovely are your...empty spaces! You probably cannot see it from the photo that Mark took which highlights the tree lights and makes the tree look magical, but only the top two-thirds of the tree has ornaments on it. At first the children put unbreakable ornaments on the lower third of the tree, but it turns out that even unbreakable ornaments can be damaged. After repairing six ornaments the first two days the tree was up, I moved all the ornaments out of Lincoln's reach. I do not remember having to do this four years ago when the twins were his age at Christmas time.

Hi Julia - Please feel free to unpublish this comment; it was the only way I could find to contact you. I would like to email you some information about a book review opportunity. This is a children's novel particularly suitable for homeschoolers, and you would get a complimentary softcover copy. Please email me if you would like the details: jason [at] elishapress [dot] com.
