We Can Sit!

Although we keep encouraging advanced baby tricks like crawling, we still aren't seeing any huge breakthroughs in that area. Bentley started crawling right at the 6 month mark, so I like to give the twins pep talks and try to help them catch the vision. :-)

While we're waiting for them to see the big picture we've scaled back our expectations and have been working on sitting instead. Genevieve can sit for a few minutes at a time (if she concentrates and doesn't try to look around AND sit at the same time!), and Jackson can manage about a minute. He doesn't arch much anymore but his head does seem to throw him off balance (and backwards) when he works on sitting skills. Practice makes perfect though!
