Pineapple Delight

Recently (before the nasty diapers!) I gave Lincoln fresh pineapple. It was fun to watch his reaction when he ate it. He'd grimace like it was the sourest stuff ever. He'd even give a dramatic shudder. Then he'd come back for another bite and another. I gave him pineapple three times (different meals) and every time he produced a grimace and shudder on his first bite and then he would delightedly eat more.
