This summer Genevieve is taking a tap/acro dance class for fun. Favoritism towards the girl child, you ask? Well.... she IS my only girl, you know! We'll probably continue with this dance studio in the fall and then after a year Viva can decide if she wants to continue with this or with ballet - it's good to have options, right?! If we'd stayed with the Classical Ballet school she would have had another year of Pre Ballet. Whether or not she stayed there she would move into Ballet 1 as a 7 year old, so this is a good year to look at all the options.
She's very flexible, which is an asset in her class:
So far, so good. We'll see how it goes as the summer progresses and I get feedback from her teachers!
