This fall the kids (the older three) and I are trying something new - we're attending a coop group every Friday from 11-2! I'm a homebody, but I'm making an effort to be more social in order to provide some different types of experiences for the kids. They're having a great time (but they're not really a hard sell... !).
This year the co-op group we're with is studying the Middle Ages in the morning, and then in the afternoon they have two class sessions for the kids. This month it's outdoor P.E. and music time! Next month? To be determined. :) The group also participates in a number of community service projects.
We're looking forward to it!
