After Bentley finished his Lego set last week, his mom pulled out one of his birthday gifts, a Snap Circuit Jr. set. It's a short course on electric circuits. There are 101 lessons (circuit designs) to do. Wednesday night Matt helped him get started. They did three lessons together. 48 hours later--Saturday evening--Bentley was on lesson 49 and his mom was looking online for the next set in the series.
Each circuit design has a short explanation with it. We've been quizzing Bentley to make sure he's been reading and understanding the lessons. He's only six and there are lots of new terms, so he isn't getting every concept presented. (I'm still pondering part of the lesson I read with him.) He's having fun. He's learning. It's all good!
