Matt has read the first three Harry Potter books to the children. For whatever reason Bentley decided he would read them himself. Last week he asked me for book one and he read it within 48 hours. Here he is on the phone talking to his dad in Barrow and telling him that's he's more than half done with book he had just started the night before:
Once Bentley read book one, he moved on to book two. Viva then asked me to give her book one. She was reading it just as quickly as her brother when life got very busy (as it often does around here!) so she's not finished with it yet. I snapped this candid photo of her reading book one:
