Bentley and Jake were in enrolled this past semester with Aurora Kids in their boys' gymnastics classes. Jake was in Wolf 1 and Bentley was in Wolf 2. They enjoyed their classes a lot. They love running, jumping, leaping, and rolling. Because the boys will not be in town next Thursday when the gym does its showcase of what they boys have learned over the past four months, Kara arranged with the gym for one of their instructors to meet us for a private showcase on Tuesday afternoon.
Matt and opa got off work early to attend. Kara, I, Evan, Lincoln and Viva met them at the gym. Grandma Karen and Grandpa Tim came, too. It was rather nice to get a private showing.
The instructor told us that both Jake and Bentley are among the best in their classes. Kara postulates it's because there are a lot of overweight kids in the classes who can't lift their own body weight. I think it's because our two boys are strong little dudes. I've taken them skating and swimming three times a week for the past four months and Kara has taken them to gymnastics weekly. They are very active.
