Kara is stuck at the hospital until the baby arrives. Because of partial placental abruption the baby will not be able to go full term; the goal at this point is for him to make it to 34 weeks. (Jake and Viva were born at 34 1/2 weeks.) The baby is now 28 weeks and 3 days.
